Over the last two decades, I’ve built a global career across brand, media owner and agency, specialising in strategic business growth, purpose marketing and audience insight.
At the social impact consultancy Creative Equals, I partnered with Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 brands, including Philips, Mars, and Walgreens on business and marketing transformation. I’ve developed brand and marketing strategies at the Virgin Group + the RAC, and created award winning advertising insight programmes at Channel 4, ITV, and News Corp.
Driving social impact at a grassroots level, I’ve served as the President and Non Executive Director for Bloom UK, and engaged in mentoring programmes for Stonewall and BelEve.
Today, I work direct to client, using cultural insight to solve business and marketing challenges. I collaborate via long term partnerships and short term projects. Clients include Meta, Warner Bros Discovery, British Red Cross and TikTok.
I sit on the University of Greenwich Business & Marketing Advisory Board, and guest lecture for Chartered Institute of Marketing.
I write op-eds and deliver keynote speeches on topics including intersectional leadership, inclusive marketing and mental wellbeing. Having made the semi-finals of Penguin’s Write Now competition, I’m currently writing my inaugural non-fiction career handbook for young, queer, brown women. Coming soon….
